Ugh, I married into a family of Stanford and Harvard alums. I thought they were so un-stupid at the time, but all, except my loving husband, has gone alone with the far left's dangerous and stupid fucking agenda. Is fuck on the list? Fuck You Stanford. Pardonnez-moi )my French).

Well, I didn’t see the word “pelvis” anywhere. Yoga teacher the other day seriously apologized to the class for using that word (“I guess we’re not supposed to say that word anymore...”) I spent the rest of the class pondering the stupidity of the person and the culture that would politicize a non-sexual part of the anatomy -- not only of all humans but all mammals.

Language evolves constantly, and these particular wannabe Nudge Unit dweebs aren't nearly as efficacious in that great swirling mystery as they might like to pretend. Having spent some time in the hallowed halls of higher learning, as well as the IT departments that keep their shoes tied for them, I have no doubt that whoever wrote that bowdlerization howto listicle under the department masthead was just hard up for some shiny political polish: lackey-lacquer with which to varnish the great emptiness of their professional accomplishments. They are to be pitied. OK, fine, ridicule works too.

What they're really doing is levering the sysiphean boulder of hypocrisy just a tiny bit further up the slopes of academe, by gathering a little premade basket of PC peccadillos for those still early in their situational language awareness training.

My five-year old daughter already knows the game.

Kid: "I'm learning the heck out of school!"

Mom: "You know we don't say that word at school."

Kid: "Yeah, but we're not at school!"

You shoot! You scored!

Well articulated this fumbling dumbing. and I love the ‘constipated ‘ adjective with first speech and then contagiously into thought.

When thought is not taught, it can be easily bought.
